7-Up Bundt Cake
Best Pound Cake Ever!
1½
cup margarine or butter
3
cups sugar
5
eggs
3
cups flour
2
Tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup
7-Up
*Cream
sugar & shortening together & beat until light and fluffy.
*Add
eggs, one at a time and beat well.
*Add
flour.
*Beat
in lemon extract and 7-Up.
*Pour
batter into well greased and floured jumbo Bundt pan.
*Bake
325 degrees 1 1/4 hour.
Hint:
Lots of batter! Can make a Bundt cake to take plus a medium/small loaf to keep!
Note: I make this cake to include Christmas gift packages and use the mini Bundt pans. They are so cute put in see through individual holiday bags.
