Million Dollar Fudge
Yummy recipe from my friend Betty. This makes a huge batch of fudge.
The perfect Christmas candy.
3 pkg. Chocolate Chips (6oz.each)
3 plain large Hershey bars (4 1/2 oz. each)
1 tall can Carnation Evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. sugar
¼ lb. margarine
1 jar Marshmallow cream
1 lb. pecans
2 t. vanilla
Combine milk, sugar, margarine in large pan. Cook until it
comes to a rolling boil, then boil for 41/2 minutes. Add 3 pkg. chocolate
chips, Hershey bars chopped fine, marshmallow cream and beat until dissolved.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Pour onto a greased cookie sheet.
Makes 6 pounds of fudge.
Keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
